Holtz, Esq., and presented by ESPOS staff, this one-day, comprehensive seminar is designed to provide law enforcement officials, supervisors, instructors, juvenile officers, school resource officers, school principals and administrators with an extraordinarily valuable comprehensive review and update of New Jersey’s statutes, guidelines, policies and procedures related to Juvenile Law which is now formally cited as the “New Jersey Code of Youth Justice.” Recent developments and changes in critical aspects of Juvenile Law, Juvenile Procedure and Juvenile Justice Reform Directive will be presented, along with the case law governing this unique area of law enforcement practice.
