Course Description
Created by Larry E. Holtz, Esq., and presented by ESPOS staff, this three-day seminar is designed to provide officers, supervisors, new and veteran detectives/investigators, training officers and academy instructors with an extraordinarily valuable comprehensive review and analysis of New Jersey’s Criminal Code (Title 2C), their material elements, application and use related to effective law enforcement. Also included will be an extraordinarily helpful presentation and analysis of the relevant case law governing and interpreting various Title 2C statutes and the proper application of the statute.
This class provides a unique and refreshing approach to learn and review criminal law statutes that are critical from a law enforcement perspective. All attendees will receive, at no additional cost, an updated Title 2C Manual the relevant criminal laws and cases.

REFUND POLICY - Any course participant that needs to withdraw from a promotional course and is requesting a refund must advise ESPOS Law Enforcement LLC in writing prior to the start of the first class. A refund will be provided less the cost of course materials and 5% of the course tuition. Withdrawal from any 1-day or 2-day class must be completed within 10 business days prior to the first class. Please note that we will not issue a refund for any person who does not properly withdraw and does not attend. No refunds will be provided to any participant after the start of the first class. ABSOLUTELY no refunds will be issued for failure to adhere to the NO RECORDING POLICY or the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT.
