Course Description
Created by Larry E. Holtz, Esq., and presented by ESPOS staff, this one-day comprehensive seminar is designed to provide all law enforcement officials, and particularly patrol officers, traffic officers and supervisors, with an extraordinarily valuable comprehensive review and update of New Jersey’s Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws (Title 39), motor-vehicle-related Attorney General Guidelines, and a comprehensive presentation of the case law governing motor vehicle stops.
This class provides a unique and refreshing approach to study the motor vehicle and traffic laws most used by law enforcement. In addition, all attendees will receive, at no additional cost, a Title 39 and Motor Vehicle Law reference manual containing all of the critical Title 39 statutes, guidelines and case law: Title 39: Code, Cases and Materials

REFUND POLICY - Any course participant that needs to withdraw from a promotional course and is requesting a refund must advise ESPOS Law Enforcement LLC in writing prior to the start of the first class. A refund will be provided less the cost of course materials and 5% of the course tuition. Withdrawal from any 1-day or 2-day class must be completed within 10 business days prior to the first class. Please note that we will not issue a refund for any person who does not properly withdraw and does not attend. No refunds will be provided to any participant after the start of the first class. ABSOLUTELY no refunds will be issued for failure to adhere to the NO RECORDING POLICY or the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT.
