ESPOS 2024 New Jersey Legal Update is a 1-day class that is designed to assist law enforcement personnel with an in-depth presentation of newly revised or added statutes, Directives and Guidelines that are most often used by the law enforcement community. The class also includes a 2024 New Jersey Legislative Update Manual prepared by Larry E. Holtz, Esq.

REFUND POLICY - Any course participant that needs to withdraw from a promotional course and is requesting a refund must advise ESPOS Law Enforcement LLC in writing prior to the start of the first class. A refund will be provided less the cost of course materials and 5% of the course tuition. Withdrawal from any 1-day or 2-day class must be completed within 10 business days prior to the first class. Please note that we will not issue a refund for any person who does not properly withdraw and does not attend. No refunds will be provided to any participant after the start of the first class. ABSOLUTELY no refunds will be issued for failure to adhere to the NO RECORDING POLICY or the STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT.
